RAID Level Migration

Hi,

My PowerEdge R720 with PERC H710P Mini controller have 4 disks are RAID 0, I've added another and made it Global Hot Spare and I now want to migrate it to RAID 5.

I've tried doing it through Lifecycle Controller (Lifecycle Controller -> System Setup -> Advanced Hardware Configuration -> Device Settings -> RAID Controller -> Virtual Disk Management -> (Virtual disk) -> Operation -> Reconfigure Virtual Disks ) and chosen RAID 5 but an error appears saying that it is not possible (the wrong RAID level is chosen, the number of disks do not match...)
I am not able to do this through Dell OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA), just through BIOS (Lifecycle Controller).
Knowledge base says that it can be reconfigured:
www.dell.com/.../SLN156106

Current disk state:
Name-State-SlotNumber-Size-Security Status-Bus Protocol-HotSpare
Physical Disk 0:1:0 Online 278.88 GB Not Capable SAS No
Physical Disk 0:1:1 Online 278.88 GB Not Capable SAS No
Physical Disk 0:1:2 Online 278.88 GB Not Capable SAS No
Physical Disk 0:1:3 Online 278.88 GB Not Capable SAS No
Physical Disk 0:1:4 Ready 558.38 GB Not Capable SAS Global

Anyone have an idea how to fix this.  Thanks.
