Dell poweredge r200 raid configuration

HI all,

We  currently using the Dell poweredge r200 server with window server 2003.

And want to configure a RAID1 2TB(SATA) X 2 on Dell poweredge r200.

But in the Dos mode(RAID configuration ) , it can't configure with 2TB x 2 (can't Synchronous )

Whether some patch need install or missing some step to finish the configuration?
