Failed Drive in RAID 5 with Multiple VD

I have a PE T310 with PERC 6/I hot plugs. I have 4 hard drives (Hot Plug) setup with RAID 5 and created 4 Virtual Disks and one of them is the OS. I have a Failure Predicted on disk 0:1. I got the new hard drive to replace it. But when I replace the failed drive and set it up as a hot spare, it starts rebuilding only on one virtual disk and not all of them. what is best practice to get the new hard belong to all VD? thank you for the help.
